<strong>What is "Ask the Experts"?</strong><br />
<br />
"Ask the Experts" is a Group at RealTown.com. The purpose of this group is for people to discuss answers to Real Estate related questions. The questions can be posted by anyone -- RealTown member or not. They are usually questions posed by Real Estate Professionals or Consumers. This is a good opportunity to showcase your expertise.<br />
<br />
<strong>Where do the questions come from?</strong><br />
<br />
Questions are usually questions asked by Real Estate Professionals or Consumers via the "Ask The Experts" link on RealTown.com. If you wish to "Ask the Experts" a question, submit it here.<br />
<br />
<strong>Who are the "Experts"?</strong><br />
<br />
RealTown experts are experienced real estate professionals. These real estate experts are successful real estate agents, real estate brokers, real estate attorneys, and real estate authors. Any RealTown member can post a response to the "Ask the Experts" group, and as you post more valid responses, the more chances you have to become an expert. Expert responses are posted right away, as Member responses are moderated before they are released and posted. Experts also have an Expert badge next to their name.<br />
<br />
<strong>How do I become an Expert?</strong><br />
<br />
The more good answers you submit, the more chance you have of becoming an expert. Experts are chosen by RealTown admins on a case by case basis. Once you are an expert, you will have an Expert badge next to your name when you post to the "Ask the Experts" group, and your posts will not require moderation before displaying online.<br />
<br />
<strong>How does "Ask The Experts" work?</strong><br />
<br />
When a question is submitted, an email goes out across the RealTown real estate network to the first-rate real estate professionals who make up the RealTown experts. If one of our experts is able to answer your question, you will receive a reply by email.

Does anyone have some expired listing letters that have been proven effective for converting these types of sellers. I've looked at some packages online and most are pretty weak. Any Ideas? Fsbo letters too.

Anyone here heard of the term "Platinum Advantage Property" ? the tagline after was "a new way of living" this to a regular cape with ok 3 solar panels on roof that IMO home is selling for a lot more than it's worth. I have a "green" home in Greece so familiar with the setup and practical usage but not here in the US.
</p>
<p>
I can't find any information on line using this term and was curious if anyone here knows something about it. Maybe it's not about green living??

Thanks and Happy New Year Everybody!!!

Maybe it is time for a discussion on how to be interesting, and still pass along a message. The key is to offer real information: if you look at this example, of a similar size group at active rain, you will see a lot more participation, partly because it is heavily moderated by me, and that has developed into a real forum: the point is that quality matters. Otherwise it is just spam. Your thoughts?

<p>I recently set up my Real Town blog and wrote my first one. I can view it and also send a link to others, but, when I search it on Google and open it, it only shows the blog frame, title, and teaser line. It does not show the article that I wrote. The name of it is Kellam Real Estate Today. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?</p>

<p>Hi, <br />
My website is relatively new - I guess about 2 months. I have been working really hard on it, reading a lot of what everyone has written to get an understanding of how the meta keywords work. I've gotten kind of obsessed with it but doing well, I think. Now I have another question. For each page that I add to my website, should the keywords relate specifically to that page or should they incorporate keywords for the website in general? And if it should incorporate keywords for the rest of the website, should the ones for that specific page dominate?<br />
Thanks for your tips,<br />

I saw where someone had requested experience with GetMyHomesValue. I have been with them for a while now and I have found them to be extremely helpful and easy to work with. At first I wasn't getting many leads and they worked with me to refine my area and now I couldn't be more pleased. I have several of the leads that have turned into clients and will be closing 2 in the month of January. I was about ready to cancel until they worked with me and now I couldn't be happier. The coaching they supply is wonderful as well. My area is a little different as the city is half in Tennessee and half in Virginia so they have really worked with me and now things are popping.

Hello Experts,
</p>
<p>
I am a new member and have never ask a question in this forum. I was just reading up on some of the discussions and was impressed by the knowledge that is in this pool.

Here is my question: I am planning a tour of REO properties (all over town) which I have as an excel spreadsheet. Which GPS unit will upload up to 50 addresses and put them in efficient order? Has anybody experience with this?

<p>Hi, my web site is pattipierucci.com ... I have been getting NO traffic since I launched it, but recently I created a web site for my team (judywotenteam.com) through Point2, and I am getting good traffic. I registered the judywotenteam.com name with Internet Crusade, and create lots of third-level pointers.</p>
<p>So... I would like to transfer my web site registration. On whois the status says "clienttransferprohibited." What do I do next? I not only want to take ownership of the name, I want to re-create the web site as a point2 web site so I can syndicate listings, etc. Also, I am concerned about losing my permanent e-mail address (<a href="mailto:patti@pattipierucci.com">patti@pattipierucci.com</a>).</p>
<p>Any advice on how to initiate this process?</p>

<p>I am a recent very happy e-PRO graduate and have an existing z57 website that I am satisfied with for the time being, even though the customer service is not the greatest. My domain name for this site is <a href="http://www.ErikaKay.com">www.ErikaKay.com</a>. </p>
<p>This is my question: I specialize in foreclosed REO properties in Southern California in the Inland Empire areas and would like to strongly emphasize this fact . Such as <a href="http://www.RIVERSIDEREOSPECIALIST">www.RIVERSIDEREOSPECIALIST</a> if it is available OR, should I stay with my name instead?</p>
<p>Saul, could I have your input also please?</p>
