These real estate experts are successful real estate agents, real estate brokers, real estate attorneys, and real estate authors. Any RealTown member can post a response to the "Ask the Experts" group, and as you post more valid responses, the more chances you have to become an expert. Expert responses are posted right away, as Member responses are moderated before they are released and posted. I have been with them for a while now and I have found them to be extremely helpful and easy to work with. At first I wasn't getting many leads and they worked with me to refine my area and now I couldn't be more pleased. I have several of the leads that have turned into clients and will be closing 2 in the month of January. I was about ready to cancel until they worked with me and now I couldn't be happier. The coaching they supply is wonderful as well.
